He was predeceased by: his father George Glen Fulmer; his stepfather Jerry D. Evans; and his siblings, Steven A. Davis and Amy Fulmer. He is survived by: his mother Vicky Ann Caine; his daughter Veronica Ann Fulmer (Justin Woodward); his grandchildren, Sofia Clair Fulmer, Brayden Henry Woodward and Isabella Faye Woodward; his siblings, Crystal Heinrich (Bobby), Michael Fulmer (Shanna), Elaine Evans, Jennifer Harris and Margaret Adcock (Stephen); and his nieces and nephews, McKaylee Heinrich, Riley Horning, Casen Heinrich and Jerry Fulmer.
