She is survived by: her husband Kevin Adair; her children, Olivia Adair, Samantha Adair, Kayla Adair, David Ross and Eli Letka; her mother Nancy Mann; her grandchildren, Kaylin Sanders, Colton SanFilippo, Caiden SanFilippo and Kai SanFilippo; her brother Bradley Chapman (Angie); her aunt Patricia Hanie; her sibling's children, Dallas Chapman and Mercedez Chapman; and her friend Jordan Bodie.
