She was predeceased by: her mother Connie C. Arnold; and her sister Kathleen D. Sweazy. She is survived by: her father Donald M. Sweazy of Lexington; her brother Dr. Scott M. Sweazy (Lisa Herndon) of Lexington; and her sibling's children, Scott M. Sweazy, Jr. of Charlotte and Payton E. Sweazy of Lexington. She is also survived by her family and friends.
