He was predeceased by: his wife Sonja Jorgensen Phillips; his parents, Ruth Phillips and Wilbur Phillips; his sister Charlotte; his brother-in-law Bill Hardeman; his nephew Glenn Hardeman; and his son Brian Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Law (Flip); his grandchildren, Justin (Lauren), Seth (Hannah) and Jessica Law; his great grandchildren, Nathan, David and Everett Law; his nephews, Rodney and Russell Hardeman; and his close friend Emily Alford.
