Lynette Alice Hurley Young Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2023, at the age of 56, Lynette Alice Hurley Young of Lexington, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Allen Hurley and Bettie Hurley of Romney, WV.; her granddaughter Olivia Grace Mazzell; her nephew Justin Whetzel; and her great-niece Avery Whetzel.
She is survived by: her significant other Roland "Roe" Young; her daughter Heather Hiett; her granddaughter River Edan Mazzell of Lexington, SC; her daughter Cayman Jha (Kumar); her grandchildren, Avi, Jax and Zoe of Chattanooga, TN; her siblings, Lynda Whetzel (Vernon) and David Hurley (Autumn); her mother-in-law Mary Young of Lexington, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Reeley (Stan) and Mark Young (Lena). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers an educational account is being established in the Lynette's memory for her Granddaughter, River Eden Mazzell.
