She was predeceased by: her father Wade Hampton; her husband A. Jay Harmon; and her brothers, Robert, Marvin and Bill Whittington.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret Galliher of Statesville, NC; her sisters-in-law, Joyce and Athleen Whittington of Wilkesboro, NC; her nieces, Daisy Hicks (Terry) of Lexington, SC and Wanda Weaver (Mike) of Lexington, SC; and her cousin Pat Hodges (Larry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Margie's name to Red Bank Baptist Church.
