We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2025, at the age of 87, Martha Stewart Geiger of Lexington, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Martha Stewart has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Simpson Stewart, Sr. and Hilda Smith Stewart; and her brother David S. "Sonny" Stewart, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Geiger Gamble (Jones) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Courtney Gamble Dunbaker (K. C.) of Irmo and Michael Jones Gamble of Lexington; her great grandchild Grayson Cole "Gray" Dunbaker; and her sister Mary S. Shaw of Irmo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the West Columbia Church of Christ (1701 Augusta Rd, West Columbia, SC 29169-5631). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
