He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Ballentine Frick; his daughter Melissa Tucker (Dale Westmorland); his sisters, Jeanette Schwartzoff, Brenda Caughman (Wayne), Sylvia Hoover and Joyce Gunter; his grandchildren, Andrew, Kash, Madison and Jessie; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Daniel and Emma.
