She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cecil Williams and Nona Williams (Yancey); her husband Dayton Canterbury; her son Mark Canterbury; and her siblings, Charles "Sonny" Williams, Helen Powers, Betty Emerson, Joyce "Peggy" Ruff and Benjamin "Benny" Cecil Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Cook, Ruth Ann Lopez (Charles) and Lisa Murdock (Timothy); her adoptive son Jeremy Richmond (Melissa); her daughter-in-law Janie Canterbury; and her grandchildren, Mark Canterbury Jr. (Brandi), April Canterbury, Robert Hollandsworth II (Meri), Mintie Pritchard (Bill), Jayme Ferguson (Camryn), James "Sparky" Sparks II (Karen), Kaylin Nesst (Chris), Ryan Lilly, Taylor Murdock, Lance Richmond and Alexus Richmond. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, friends.
