He was predeceased by: his father Frank Howell; his brother Ricky Howell; and his nephew Donald Howell. He is survived by: his mother Mary Wooten Howell; his son Tony Howell (Kayla); his grandson Riley; his sister Robin Deweese (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Zarah Deweese Newton (J. D.), Daniel Deweese (Julia) and Chrystal Gasowski (Steven); and his close friends, Laura Harvey (Matt) and Donna Grist.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church (607 S Bethlehem Rd, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006).
