Miriam Adams Shealy Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Miriam Adams Shealy (Lexington, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Heyward "Shorty" Adams and Annie Mae Kyzer Adams of Leesville; her siblings, Edith Durst Giddens and Charles Adams; her husband Wyman Douglas Shealy; and her son Wyman Douglas Shealy, Jr. (Robyne) of Chapin.

She is survived by: her sons, Craig Adams Shealy (Jana) of Leesville and Joel Patrick "Joe Pat" Shealy (Christie) of Pawleys Island; her grandchildren, Adam Shealy (Denise), Shelton Shealy, Nina Shealy, Ethan Shealy and Rivers Shealy; and her great grandchild Vance Shealy.
