He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Jaynes (Scott) of Gilbert, SC; his grandchildren, Tara Greenwood (Eric) of Lexington, SC, John Ashley Roof (Kristen), Kristen Roof, Brandon Jeffers, Sarah Johnson (Brad), Taylor Jeffers-Gray (Cole), Michael Yates, Nate Roof, Jasmin Jeffers, Jordan Jeffers, Kali Jeffers, Jeremy Holliman, Kassidy Roof, Emery Johnson, Kourtney Roof, Finley Johnson, Eloise Roof and Elie Roof; and his siblings, Patsy Jones, Elaine Hearn and Thomas "Dickie" Jeffers (Brenda).
