He was predeceased by: his mother Sue Philyaw (Blackburn); and his son Nate Pulliam. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Anderson Pulliam; his son Brandon Pulliam; his siblings, Pennie Richwine, Kerri Johnson and Steve Pulliam; and his stepson Dustin Godwin.

Memorials may be made to a local animal shelter.
