He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolin Mack, Jr. and Minnie Lee McCullough; and his siblings, Nicolious, Liston Mack, Diane Gantt and Betty McCollough.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mack; his son Bryan Mack; his stepson Johnl Frost; his grandchildren, James (Sasha), Ryan (Shelby) and Rodman Frost; his great grandchildren, Lamik, Lucca, Keegan, Tinslie, Anistyn and Hendrix Frost; and his brother Anthony Mack.
