She is survived by: her husband David Mark Hoffman; her children, Meleia Boch and Jason Zearley; her grandsons, Zachariah Boch, Daniel and Dylan Zearley; her father-in-law Denver Hoffman; her stepfather Robert Kelly; her sister Rose Barrett; her sister-in-law Vickie Crider (Phillip); her brothers, James Parkinson (Nancy) and Bob Parkinson (Cindi); her brother-in-law Joey Hoffman (Brenda); and her pets, Princess, Peanut, Lucy and Greta. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
