We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2022, at the age of 90, Peter Buttress of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Cambridge, England passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Buttress and Constance Elderkin Buttress; his sister Jo Nash; and his niece Gillian Edge. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Grogan; his children, Judy Watson (Matthew), Drew Buttress (Jo), Paul Buttress and Ian Buttress; and his stepchildren, Cecilia, Gilberto (Rossana) and Joan (Roberto). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
