He was predeceased by: his parent Claude Roger Tallent. He is survived by: his wife Julie "Deana" Tallent of Lexington, SC; his children, Richard Chase Tallent (Ella) of Lexington, SC, Phillip Kyle Tallent of Lexington, SC and Madison Lee Tallent of Lexington, SC; his brother James Roger Tallent of Pinopolis, SC; and his nephews, James Cory Tallent (Shannon) of Lexington, SC and Thomas Alexander Tallent (Melissa) of Summerville, SC..
