He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wingard and Mazzie Wingard (Risinger); and his siblings, Alfred, Tom, William, Dock, Sam, Arthur Wingard (Dick), Ever Lou Oswald (Evalou) and Lorine Taylor Sharpe.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Wingard (Donna), Larry Wingard (Cathy), Reba Beaver (Jan) and Kathy Whetzel (Rob); his sister Clara Porter; and his grandchildren, Jackie Lindstrom (Todd), Reed Wingard (Alison), Kim Eubanks (Kevin), Brandon Wingard (Amber), Brian Wingard (Brittany), Amanda Love (Brian Fuller), Jeb Beaver (Anna), Scott Beaver (Stacey), Angela McElwee (Todd) and Chad Benenhaley (Megan).
