She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Neely and Ozell U. Neely; and her former husband Alexander James Capers. She is survived by: her children, Jay Capers (Debbie), Cynthia Lynn Capers, Bill Capers (Shanda) and Rob Capers; her sister Wendy Gaul (Wayne); her grandchildren, Stephanie McBride (Bob), Samantha Capers and Ramses Capers; and her great grandchildren, Amelia McBride and Logan McBride.
