She is survived by: her son Timothy Michael Evans of Columbia, SC; her brother Donald "Donnie" Holt, Jr. (Sharon) of Burlington, NC; her nephews, Wesly Holt (Ali) of Garner, NC and Jason Holt of Burlington, NC; her great-niece Morgan Holt; her great-nephews, Barrett, Conor and Malcolm Holt; and her caregivers, Elaine Lindler, Christine Hunnicutt, Heather Liafsha and Denece.
