He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Wightman Dibble and Saluda Reese Dibble; his wife Cissie; his children, Nancye Dibble Bailey (Scott) and Robert Wightman Dibble III; his grandchildren, Kennedy Bailey Druffel (Dalton), Anderson Elaine Dibble, Alexandra Lauren Dibble and Simon Wightman Dibble (Brigett); his great grandchild Savannah Leigh Druffel; his sister Mary Anne Boudin (Henry); and his nephews, Jonathan Boudin and Joshua Boudin.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (210 Grace St, Prosperity, SC 29127). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (501 Elmwood Ave, Columbia, SC 29201).
