He is survived by: his children, Joe Kirstein (Karen), Tom Kirstein (Susan) and Jackellyn Kirstein; his stepdaughters, Marjorie Crawford (Bill) and Donna Dawe; and his grandchildren, Johannes, Ashley, Anna, Zoe, Samantha Kirstein, Julie and Danny Dawe.
