The passing of Ronnie M. Swygert (Lexington, South Carolina) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on August 28, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Aldophus and Claudia Oswalt Swygert; and his sister-in-law Beverly Price. He is survived by: his wife Melody Temples Swygert; his sister Cheryl S Ballentine (David); his siblings-in-law, Terry Temples, Melissa Cook and Jody Temples; and his mother-in-law Merle Temples. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or to the American Heart Association.

“When I first started teaching auto collision repair, Ronnie was my mentor for a day. I got to hang out for a day with him in Lexington, SC while he was teaching a class. He gave me some great tips on teaching high school level students. Plus he ordered pizza for lunch. I made a new friend that day. He will certainly be missed. He probably sent hundreds out into the auto collision repair world. He had more friends than I could ever count. He is and will be missed by many.”
