He is survived by: his parents, Roy Barr and Sonia Wheeler Barr; his sister Andrea Kelly (Matthew); his sibling's children, Levi Kelly and Izzy Kelly; and his aunts and uncles, Donna Boozer (Ronnie), Nancy Koonts (Evan), Damone Wheeler (Lisa) and James Stokes (Allison).
