He is survived by: his children, Charlie Chavis (Heather), Dani Hollman (Danny) and Tiffany Hubbard; his adoptive daughter Mercedes Baldwin; his aunt Mary-Lou; his cousin April Shumpert; his grandchildren, Kayla, Annabelle, Hailey, Andre, Madilynn and Andrew; and his pet Daisy.
