He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Elizabeth Bowser Harley; his grandparents, John Henry Bowser and Earline Worthy Bowser; his aunts, Mae Frances Bowser and Johnnie Ruth Bowser "Sugar" Young; his uncle Douglas Beaty; and his cousins, Ashley Louise Bowser, Anthony Bowser and Terrie Ann Bowser Lindsay.
He is survived by: his wife Donall Brown Bowser; his daughters, Tiffani Bowser Bowen (Gary), Monica Bowser and Shonta Brown; his grandchildren, Ashli N. Brown, Rashaad O. Brown, Tristan K. Bowser and Taylen J. Swindell; his sister Michelle Harley; his aunts, Sallie Bell Bowser and Earline Bowser Beaty; and his uncle James E. Bowser. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
