She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J West and Louise Moore; and her brothers, Joey West and Larry West. She is survived by: her son Jason Rice; her grandsons, Brandyn and Ryan Rice; her sisters, Donna Belcher and Pat Lashmit; and her cousins, Gary and Jenny.
