She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Robert Plummer and Arry Fay Plummer; her husband Franklin "Dick" Kehrer; her son David Kehrer; and her brother Leon Plummer.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Campbell; her son-in-law David Campbell; her grandchildren, Rhett Campbell (Allison), Rachel Campbell (Brandon), Tony Kehrer and Katie Huntsinger; her great grandchildren, Wade Campbell, Maggie Campbell, John Campbell, Lucas McCloskey, Khloe Huntsinger and Kinley Huntsinger; and her sister-in-law Jerol Plummer.
