With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Perry Padgett of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Saluda, South Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2022 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Perry Padgett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Pitts Perry and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Perry; her husband Raymond; her brothers, Sam Jr. and Harold; and her close friend Max.
She is survived by: her sons, Pat Padgett of Lexington and Perry Padgett of New York, NY; her daughter-in-law Donna; her granddaughters, Raime Prahst (Jacob) of Lexington and Ryann Sreng (Jerry) of Lexington; her great grandchildren, Rya, Preslie, Jak Prahst, Ethan, Cameron, Ryder and Gracie Sreng; her sister Grace Givens of Saluda, SC; and her caregivers, Bridget and Margaret. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Lexington Medical Center Foundation or Trinity United Methodist church.
