We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2022, at the age of 76, Sylvia Shealy Ruff (Lexington, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, H. C. Shealy and Rosaline Shealy; her son Todd Benepe; and her sisters, Ellie Jane Wise and Carolyn Mash.

She is survived by: her husband Ervin "Len" Ruff; her sister Helen Wise (Carrol); her sister-in-law Carolyn "Cacky" Ruff Miller; her sons, Don Benepe (Haylee), Scott Benepe and Sean Ruff (Julie); her grandchildren, Harrison Ruff, Haley Ruff and Jake Roberts; and her sibling's children, Tony Drak, Catherine Nix, Michael Wise (Barbara), Melinda Long (Terry), David Rast, Susan Lesh (Brian), Harvey Wise (Amanda), Julie Branham (Heath), Timothy Wise (Melissa) and Garrick Wise (Haley).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Babcock Center Foundation, PO Box 3608, West Columbia, SC 29171.
