He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lyle McDaniel and Bonnie McGraw McDaniel; his wife Patricia Diane McDaniel; his son Christopher Dale McDaniel; and his sister Cheryl Winters.

He is survived by: his son Jason Bradley McDaniel (Brittany) of Rogersville, MO; and his brothers, Mark A McDaniel of Douglas, GA and Michael McDaniel of Nichols, GA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
