He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Cornelius and Theodore M. Winnie, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Anderson Winnie; his daughters, Tiffany Winnie (Jamie Cummings) and Heather Collins (Josh); his grandchildren, Caleb, Adriana, Grayson, Cash, Lilian and Rosalie; his siblings, Steve Winnie, Rick Winnie (Ann), Donald Winnie (Pat), John Winnie (Donna M.) and Terri Winnie (Carla); his sisters-in-law, Gloria Asaik (David), Barbara Travis (Duane) and Darla Giammarino (John); and his close friend Peggy Payne Walworth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
