He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Hoffman and Mary Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hoffman (Pritchard); his daughters, Lieutenant Commander Jillian Hoffman (Joseph Naylor) of Lyndhurst and Lauren Hoffman of Jacksonville, Florida; and his sisters, JoAnne Pritchard and Cathy Trussler.
