He was predeceased by : his parents, Oliver Davis "O. D." and Gertie Lee Hallman; and his siblings, Prentiss Hallman, Lanier Hallman, Marquis Hallman (Dollie), Raymond Hallman (Helen), Janelle Havird (Paul) and Brenda Hallman Moore (Billy).

He is survived by : his wife Saradean Kennerly Hallman; his children, Kimberly Hallman Banks (Eric) and Randall Davis Hallman (Casey); his sister Kaye Hallman Ford (Gene); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Banks, Kennedy Elise Banks and Marydavis Ann Hallman; and his nieces and nephews, Darren Ford, Oliver Moore (Jennifer), Tammy Jur (Joe) and Barbara Lovelace.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Woodridge Memorial Park (138 Corley Mill Rd, Lexington, SC 29072). Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
