He is survived by : his wife Saradean Kennerly Hallman; his children, Kimberly Hallman Banks (Eric) and Randall Davis Hallman (Casey); his sister Kaye Hallman Ford (Gene); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Banks, Kennedy Elise Banks and Marydavis Ann Hallman; and his nieces and nephews, Darren Ford, Oliver Moore (Jennifer), Tammy Jur (Joe) and Barbara Lovelace.

Memorials may be made to Epworth Children's Home 2900 Millwood Avenue Columbia, S.C.; The Foundation of Gray Collegiate Academy 3833 Leaphart Road West Columbia, S.C.; or a charitable organization of your choice that promotes the advancement of students and teachers.
