She is survived by: her husband Pat; her daughters, Stacey Matsui (George) and Jennifer Day (David); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Taylor, Trey Day, Katie and Sophia Matsui; her stepdaughter Rhonda Smith (Wayne); her stepgranddaughters, Joye and Abby Smith; and her siblings, Johnny Evans, Larry Evans (Wanda), Debra Judson (Curt), Terry Evans and Lisa Broadus (Allen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to the American Lung Association.
