He is survived by: his wife Mary Jeffcoat; his children, Troy Wayne Jeffcoat (Lisa) and Jessie "Herbie" Herbert Jeffcoat; his grandchildren, Kelly, Nathan, Timothy and Rebecca Jeffcoat; and his siblings, Ann Strock (O'Neal), Bill Jeffcoat (Connie), Steve Jeffcoat (Barbara) and Mickey Jeffcoat (Lou Ellen).
