He is survived by: his wife Pat Hoover; his son Billy Horton; his daughter-in-law Angi Horton; his granddaughter Brianna Shealy (Matt Shealy); his great grandchild Palmer; his granddaughter Kendal Horton; his son Kevin Hoover; his granddaughter Lyndsey Hoover (Luke Sullivan); his great grandchild Isla; his granddaughter Shellie Mosley (Matthew Mosley); his great grandchild Jett; his brothers, Punky Hoover and Richard Hoover; his niece Jennifer Hoover; his nephew Randy Wolfe; and his cousins, Eddie Wolfe, Doris Yarborough and Josh Banar.
