He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard William Rawls and Helen Rose Rowe Rawls; and his sister Julie Rawls Cauffman. He is survived by: his children, William Michael "Mick" Rawls, Jr. (Heather) and Victoria Elaine "Torie" Allen (John); his grandchildren, Alyssa Rawls, Anderson "Andy" Rawls, Ansley Rawls, Emma Allen, Alexandra "Alex" Allen and Madison "Madi" Allen; his siblings, L. Richard Rawls (Kathy) and Jodie Rawls Harper; and his brother-in-law Tommy Cauffman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
