He is survived by: his children, Kim Folsom (Eddie) and Bill Blume, Jr. (Sheri); his grandchildren, Ashley Melia (Casey), Lauren Ely (Micah), Savannah Sirois (Jordan), Regan Blume and Liam Blume; his great grandchild Sophie Kay Melia; and his brother Stewart Blume (Carol).

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church (6952 St Andrews Rd, Columbia, SC 29212). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
