He was predeceased by: his father William Richard Gartman; and his grandparents, Jessie May Gartman and James A. Gartman. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Gartman and William Richard Gartman (Ricky); his granddaughter Bailey Clayborne; and his siblings, Tabitha Rogers, Brandon and Brodie Gartman.
