He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Graves Rugraff and Leona Marjorie Jenson Rugraff. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dianne Roberts Rugraff; his children, Bryce Earl Rugraff (Shelby) of Walla Walla, WA, Beth Rashel (George) of Huntington Beach, CA, Lara Lynn Rugraff of Corona, CA and Earl Ryan Rugraff of West Union, SC; his grandchildren, Taryn (Christian), Jordan, Macy (Ty) and Marin; his great grandchildren, Morgan and Harris; and his sister Carolyn Andersen (Hal) of Utah.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Golden Creek Baptist Church (477 Golden Creek Rd, Liberty, SC 29657).
