It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda S. Youngblood of Liberty, South Carolina, who passed away on May 22, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rowe "Jaroe" and Maggie Herd Simmons; her husband David Walton Youngblood; her son Michael David Youngblood; and her brother Charles Edward Simmons.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Youngblood (Nancy) of Sumter; her sister Betty Gilstrap of Easley; her grandchildren, Carol Stepanian (Chad) of Sumter, Katie Holcombe of Aliquippa, PA, Austin Youngblood (Savannah) of Easley and Madison Youngblood of Central; her niece Susan Simmons; Russell Chambers and Mary Evans. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
