It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margie Young West (Liberty, South Carolina), who passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Marion Kenneth West; and her siblings, Patricia Nell Batson, Louise Chandler, Linda Gillespie, Eugene and Henry Young.
She is survived by: her children, Mike West and Denise Grant; her grandsons, Brad West (Cricket) and Blake West; and her great grandchildren, Wrenn, Mason, Maddox, Krya and Josh.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Liberty Mortuary (30 S Palmetto St, Liberty, SC 29657). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the Liberty Memorial Gardens (254 Alta Vista Dr, Liberty, SC 29657).
