It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia D. Sexton (Liberty, South Carolina), born in Easley, South Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Terry Sexton; her parents, Ed Lee and Estelle Wood Roach; her sons, David and Dean Sexton; and her siblings, Ruth Porter, Earlene Sexton, Hazel Patton, Robert, Kenneth, Jerry and Mike Roach.

She is survived by : her children, Tammy Galbreath (Frank), Melinda Morgan (Brian), Terry Scruggs (Joanie), Bo Sexton (Carleen), Randy Sexton (Julie) and Danny Sexton (Donna); and her brothers, Ronnie Roach and Frank Roach. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
