We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025, at the age of 94, Stanley Charles Pirnes (Liberty, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Pirnes and Mary Hill Pirnes; and his sister Lila Lagerquist. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Dent (Michael), Patti Shirley (George) and Debbie Chase (Don); and his grandchildren, Ethan Dent, Andrew Dent and Katie Shirley.
The lying in state will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Liberty Memorial Gardens (254 Alta Vista Dr, Liberty, SC 29657). A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to Pickens County Meals on Wheels, 349 Edgemont Avenue, Liberty SC 29657.
