He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Henry Thomas and Helen Gilreath Jones; and his wife Vivian Couch Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Jones Gregory (Stuart) and Amanda Victoria Jones Fenton (Kyle); and his grandchildren, Noah Thomas Fenton and Kya Victoria Fenton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dillard Funeral Home Chapel, Pickens, South. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (2410 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671).
