With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Paul Morris Sr. of Little Mountain, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 19, 2025 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Alexander and Eula Wooten Morris; his siblings, Peggy Ann Shimault, Alex Morris and Don Hunsucker; and his great grandchild Madden Madray.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Metts Morris; his children, Tina Fowler (Paul) of Pomaria, Calvin Morris (Jenny) of Prosperity and Robert Paul Morris, Jr. (Janeene Harris) of Pomaria; his siblings, Dovie Smith, Jimmie Stamper and Jim Gillispie; his grandchildren, Ashley, Amber, Andrew, Katie, Jessica, Laurie Ann and Grey; his great grandchildren, Kayley, C. J., Caleb, Leslie, Leigha, Leighton, Maddaux, Jayden and Noah; his great great grandchild Huntleigh; and his nephews, Sherwood and Tim Hunsucker.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home (1724 Main St, Newberry, SC 29108). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church (816 Mt Tabor Rd, Little Mountain, SC 29075). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at the Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church Cemetery (Mt Tabor Church Rd, Little Mountain, SC 29075).
