He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Parker and Sally Parker; and his sister Gwendolyn Thomas. He is survived by : his wife Debra Daffron Parker; his daughter Krystal Parker Pressley (Shawn) of Mooresville, NC; his stepsons, David Garrison (Colbey) of Hampsted, NC, Charlie Garrison (Morgan) of Greensboro, NC and Mikey Garrison (Samantha) of Camden, SC; and his sister Linda Strider of Denton, NC.. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In memory of Charlie, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Amedisys Hospice Foundation, 402 Singleton Ridge Rd. Suite C Conway, SC 29526, in lieu of flowers.
