She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Macala and Margaret Murar Macala; her husband Emil "Pete" Peterson; and her daughter Cheryl McHenry. She is survived by: her son Ronald Peterson (Jennifer) of Little River, SC; her son-in-law Michael McHenry of Canfield; her grandsons, Matthew Bagoly (Lauren) and Jason Bagoly (Abby); her stepgranddaughters, Jennifer Everett, Jessica Amorim and Megan Tanner; and her great grandchildren, Brantley and Benny.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (4545 New Rd, Youngstown, OH 44515). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (4545 New Rd, Youngstown, OH 44515).
