He is survived by: his wife Jane Figueroa; his children, Eric Donald Figueroa (Sarah DeThorne) and Eliza Jane Emory (Zachary Emory); his mother Sylvia Rios; his siblings, Astor Pagan, Roberto Rios and Sylvia Brown; his sister-in-law Nancy Grace; his nieces and nephews, Robert Grace, Anthony Figueroa, Jason Pagan, Xavier Rios, Lindsey Parks (Joe Parks), Jasmine Rios and Selina Rios; his great-niece Juliette Parks; and his pets, Waterlily and Primrose.
